FOOD AND WELLNESS WEEK-END!

1 DAY:
Arrival in Assisi. Enjoy a nice walk through the enchanting small street of this medieval and mystic small city! Back in hotel let you hug from a relaxing massage before dinner! Dinner and overnight in hotel!

2 DAY :
After an energizing breakfast cooking lesson near Deruta! You could try to cook some dish of the Umbrian tradition. At the end of the lesson lunch with the cooked dishes!
After lunch visit of the famous Deruta ceramic factories, renowned all over the world!
Back to the hotel where you can try the Jacuzzi and do some wine treatment!

3 DAY:
Breakfast and visit of the beautiful Bettona from which wall you can admire a breathtaking view! Stop in a olive-mill to taste an Umbrian excellence: the extra-virgin olive oil!
Lunch in a typical restaurant and departure.

Note: the accommodation will be in 2/3/4/5 star’ hotels, in wellness center, in farm holidays, in historical residences, rural tourisme or B&B.
