During this course you will discover the organic DOC wines of Assisi. At the end of the couse you will receive a certificate of apprentice Vintner!
During the day you will do:
- viticulture and oenology courses
- guided visit to the wine cellar and the vineyard
- sensory analysis of 5 wines (DOC of Assisi and Umbrian IGT) with bruschette with organic extravirgin olive oil, cold-cured meats, cheeses and “tozzetti”.
