This event gathers the popular tradition, the envirnmental & panoramic tourism and the food&drink culture and so how to cook and taste the rustic herbs.
The aim of the 'Subasio con gusto' is to promote the food biodiversity.
During this event you will go to the Subasio mountain park to do an excursion searching these herbs. Moreover the Spello restaurants will promote rustic herbs dishes.
