The escargots are an Umbrian traditional dish. We cook them grilled, with sauce, fryed, stewed, in olive oil, parsley and garlic, with mashrooms or with wine. But of course if you don’t like them, you can eat other Umbrian traditional foods, such as the torta al testo seasoned with cold-cured meats and/or with cheeses.
Every evening there will be music, shows and entertainments for children and adults.
