Terms of Services:
The responsibility of Marfil Viaggi in organizing tours for its clients is stated by the general terms of the Legislative Decree 111/95 about the tourist package (art. 2) and the disposition of the International Convention on Travelling Contracts (CCV), art. 1 nr. 3/6; artt. From 17 to 23; artt.
From 24 to 31. the contracts is also ruled by the Law Decree 111/95 and the Law 1084/77. Marfil Viaggi will confirm the reservation after having received a 25% deposit on the total payment.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before clients' arrival. After receiving the balance, Marfil Viaggi will send the voucher.
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days prior to arrival there will be a penalty of 10% of the total price
From 29 to 23 days prior to arrival there will be a penalty of 25% of the total price
From 23 to 11 days prior to arrival there will be a penalty of 50% of the total price
From 11 to 03 days prior to arrival there will be a penalty of 75% of the total price
Less than 03 days prior to arrival there will be a penalty of 100% of the total price
The prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T.
The competent court for any litigation is Perugia
