Cooking classes with Nonna Marcella’s recipes offer visitors to our winery the opportunity to discover the culinary secrets of Umbrian tradition and try their hand at typical local specialties. Cooking has always been Nonna Marcella's passion since she was young. Even today, she warmly welcomes customers and friends visiting our winery, sharing her traditional recipes expertly paired with the family wines. It’s a journey that uncovers the aromas and flavors that only ancient recipes can bring to the table.

All the specialties prepared during the class, such as homemade pasta (tagliatelle or gnocchi) and "torta al testo," will be paired with our wines to create a complete and unforgettable tasting experience.

The experience includes a winery tour, an engaging cooking class, and, to top it off, a delicious lunch (or dinner upon request). During the cooking class, participants will have the chance to prepare the dishes, which will later be enjoyed alongside our wines.
