Wine and Cheese Tasting
During this experience you can taste the most particular wines (dry or sweet) and cheeses with sauce, honey, jam and gelatine. Every product is hand made and organic and is part of our production.
What you will do:
- taste 4 Assisi DOC wines and Umbrian IGT wines and some cheeses with vinegar, jam and honey
- eat some bruschetta with Umbrian PDO extravirgin olive oil
- taste the tozzetti (local sweets with almonds and hazelnuts)
- visit the wine cellar and the vineyard
