Description:

Good food is part of us!

For us it means to take care of the ingredients, to respect traditions and periodicity, to insure a relaxing atmosphere and an attentive service for our guests.
Umbrian cuisine represents an ancient tradition, born during the Etruscan and Roman Age and then enriched during Middle Ages and Renaissance. A tradition who came from the rural world with simple and natural dishes based on meat, cold meat, cheese and products of the land: lentils, spelt, mushrooms, black truffle, extra virgin olive oil.
You will taste these ingredients in our dishes, sipping a glass of wine from the most precious vineyards of Umbria, like Grechetto of Todi.

We propose also vegetarian and gluten-free dishes in our menu.

Our restaurant has 3 different halls. Two of them are more intimate and quiet, the other one is larger and really bright, with a half-round form particularly adapted for banquets and events.
During Summer it is also possible to eat outside. You will taste fresh lunches surrounded by the green of our garden or in the pool area, under the shadows of the oaks and the wood gazebo. Dinners will be served in the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the Martani Mounts.

We suggest 3 proposals for our guests:
- à la carte menu;
- half-board with a dinner of 3 dishes chosen by the Daily Menu (excluding drinks);
- full-board with a lunch and a dinner of 3 dishes chosen by the Daily Menu (excluding drinks).
