The Ristorante Pizzeria de Carolis is surrounded by the green umbrian countyside, it’s located in the valley between Torgiano and Bettona, and it’s proud to ofer to its guests an extended menu conform to all the necessity ( celiac, vegetarian, vegan)
The menu consists of traditional umbrian dishes created with tipical and local products and put forth again in a modern way. The strong point is the pizza maded with five cereal flour , 72 hours of leavening and cooked in the wood oven.
