Perugia - Cantina Chiorri

The Chiorri came into being at the end of the 1800’s on the holding at Sant’Enea (Perugia). The winery’s vines are laid out across a gentle hill which has been used for grape growing since Etruscan times, and from which one can enjoy an enchanting view that includes the towns of Assisi and Todi.
The cellar a family-run business continuation from Monica Mariotti and its husband Francesco with Franca Chiorri and its husband Tito. In 2006 after intense job the widening and the construction of the new cellar are finished to the works for used in order to conjugate the most ancient traditions with the most modern technologies, without never to lose sight the final objective: the pleasure of enjoying a glass of good wine with a unique and genuine flavour.
Amoungst the DOC Colli Perugini category of wines produced by the Vitivinicola Chiorri is the Bianco, the Rosato, the Rosso and the Saliato Chiorri, the wines of the IGT Umbria include the Grechetto, the Sangiovese and the Selezione Antonio Chiorri a limited series of bottles.
