Osteria a Priori is a unique and cozy place: a shop for typical Umbrian products, a winebar and a restaurant, ideal for not only your lunch break but also for a family dinner, a night out with friends or a romantic evening with someone special.

Most of our products are exclusively regional proposals and come from small producers and artisans that we have selected and continue to choose to offer you the best quality.

On the cozy upper floor, choose between the “convivial table” for 12 or one of the eight tables in the gallery. We also offer tables downstairs in our less formal wine bar or, when the season permits , outdoor seating next to the Church of San Filippo Neri. Osteria a Priori welcomes you all year round for lunch and dinner.
In our kitchen, traditional Umbrian dishes are prepared using the best raw materials the region has to offer including extra virgin olive oil, fresh truffles, chianina beef, pork bred in the wild and a rich selection of cured meats and cheeses. Our recipes are inspired by the most traditional preparations and reinterpreted in a modern way to represent the simplicity and genuineness of Umbria and the culinary expression of our Osteria.
