The restaurant “The sunflowers” has been active for more than 25 and celebrates Umbria’s authentic flavors. Our regional cuisine is genuine being characterized as it is by quick and simple food-processings that still manage to skillfully enhance all ingredients and flavors. Umbrian cuisine and its gastronomy find their roots in the farming tradition, its slow pace and bright local colors, among which the vivid yellow of sunflowers. For this reason why we have named our restaurant “The sunflowers” (I Girasoli): a jovial and bright area unmistakably tied to Umbria’s life style and values.
Our menu features recipes from all over the Italian territory, creative solutions attentive to the Mediterranean Cuisine and revisited by our chefs with exquisite taste. The Wine list is constantly updated by a Professional Sommelier and includes an interesting selection of Italian and Umbrian wines. Our menu also features a refined vegetarian menu and a tasty & enjoyable Children’s Menu + free coloring welcome kit. Our restaurant takes part in the certified network of restaurants qualified to serve gluten-free food, having obtained an official authorization by the Italian Association of Celiac Disease (AIC). We offer a varied selection of dishes for people with Celiac Disease both at the Restaurant and Bar. Ask for a selection of products at breakfast too.
